Velvet Playground Return Policy
We want you to love every piece you bring home from Velvet Playground. If something doesn’t feel quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges—with care, clarity, and a little fringe.
🕒 Return Window Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
📦 How to Start a Return Email us at hey@shopvelvetplayground.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps. Or log into your account for self-serve returns.
💸 Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
📬 Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Quality Control Assurance
All returns go through a thorough inspection. Items that are not in original condition—missing tags, worn, washed, stained, covered in pet hair—or returned after the 14-day window will either be:

We appreciate your understanding as we protect the integrity of every piece we send out.
