We want you to adore every piece you welcome into your wardrobe from Velvet Playground. But if something doesn’t feel quite right, we handle returns and exchanges with care, clarity, and a little fringe.

🕰 Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

🔍 Return Inspection

All returns are carefully inspected to ensure they meet our standards. Items missing tags, showing signs of wear, washing, staining, or covered in pet hair—and those returned after the 14-day window—may be rejected and sent back to you at your cost, or donated on your behalf.

We appreciate your understanding as we protect the integrity of every piece we send out with love and intention.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Jewelry and hats are final sale and not eligible for return.

💔 Damaged or Broken Items
